-Firstly, we shall head to the old colonial house "Le Domaine de Aubineaux", which was built in 1872 and was the main area of the island’s largest tea plantation. You will have the opportunity to enjoy coffee and explore the history of the establishment. You will be able to visit the mansion, stroll across the garden, taste the local tea and rum and so on…
-The next stop is Bois Cheri Tea factory. It was founded in 1892 and it is one of the oldest factory in the country. There, you will have the opportunity to have a look at the sorting rooms and see the process of production and packaging of tea. Then, we will have the pleasure of tea tasting in the restaurant of the tea estate which overlooks the tea plantation. We can taste all the types and flavors of tea that the Bois Cheri Tea factory has to offer. There are a number of reign deers in the surrounding of the Villa, which create a beautiful scenery.
- Lunch is planned in the colonial house of 1819 "Le Domaine de Saint Aubin". After a tasty and hearty lunch, we will head to explore cultivation of vanilla and other different kinds of spices. If you are interested in buying a bunch of fresh vanilla or spices, you will be able to do so there. Followed by this, we will move on to a tasting of local Saint Aubin rum. Take this opportunity to taste all the rums that are made here. You can also the local rums as a memory of this beautiful place or to give it as a gift.
-After a day spent discovering vanilla and rum, we are looking to return at hotels about 16:00.

- Appetizer: Fresh heart of palm salad with smoked marlin, served with fresh bread.
- Main Course: Local Crevice Soup, Chicken in vanilla sauce, Rice with grilled vegetables as accompaniments.
- Dessert: Flamed banana in toffee sauce served with vanilla ice cream
- Drinks: Tea for welcome, water, coffee or tea after lunch
